sorry to say but this is all bullshit unless this person has killed millions and millions and millions of monsters in order to find out the droprate.
you would have to kill close to infinity mobs in order to test percentages that small

I would say we should kill Warrior of Shadow Troop.
They are relative low level (= faster kill rate), beheadable (= no mana breaks) and have the best drop rate of all normal mobs.
I hope we can do some eggparties there soon

And to Earl : Btw that drop rate is good , because not only u kill that mobs ( example : shoks, a lot of ppl train there )
